Board Members
Board Members are elected to the Board of Directors after completing the application process. All Board Members are volunteers and dedicate their time to the organization and professionalism of Metropolitan Senior Network.
Board Meetings are held the week after the monthly MSN meetings on Thursday, at the American Medical Response office located at One SE Second Ave, Portland, OR 97239. If you are interested in attending, we encourage you to contact a board member to confirm meeting time and location.

Georgia Katsirubas-Richards

Georgia has an extensive background with ambulance transportation billing services for Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and contracts. Georgia has worked with American Medical Response for over 8 years and acts currently as an Account Executive within their Business Development Department. Georgia is responsible for marketing and customer service for all levels of senior housing, care centers, and hospitals in Clackamas, Cowlitz, Clark, Multnomah, and Washington Counties. She also coordinates local medical coverage stand-by services and volunteers for numerous foundations and non-profit organizations. Georgia feels strongly that the best way to make our community better is to by giving back to the community in any way you can.

Debbie Davis
Vice President for Metropolitan Senior Network- Sponsorship Committee, Providence ElderPlace-Referral Development Specialist For the past 3 years. MSN 2008 and 2009 Care Award.

Debbie has been in the LTC industry for approximately 10 years as a sales and marketing professional at the community level, regional level, and divisional level. Currently she is the Referral Development Specialist for Providence ElderPlace, a PACE (Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) model of care. Debbie spends her spare time outdoors as much as possible hiking, fishing, biking and enjoys frequent visits to her grandchildren who live in Michigan and Toronto.

Maggie has worked in the senior industry since 2002. She worked 4 years as a marketing director for a residential care facility and 5 years as a reverse mortgage specialist. Maggie is among a small group of mortgage specialists who works exclusively with seniors. Having worked in senior housing she is knowledgeable in the specific needs of the senior and can offer information, resources and support as needed. Her main focus is to always put the senior’s needs before her own and always do what’s in their best interest.

Nancy has worked for the past 2½ years at Forest Grove Rehabilitation,, a Prestige Care facility, as the Director of Marketing and Admissions. Nancy began working with Porthaven and Park Forest Skilled Nursing Facilities in July as the Director of Community Outreach. These properties are also part of the Prestige Family. She has an abundance of compassion and concern for seniors in need of rehabilitation and seniors who have special housing needs.

Amy has worked in the Retirement Industry since 1996. As a Sales & Marketing Director in Colorado, she opened and filled three new assisted living communities. As a Publisher in Tennessee, she grew two senior publications, before becoming the company’s National Marketing Director over 15 markets. Seeing a need for comprehensive resource in Oregon, Amy now publishes Retirement Connection Guide for Greater Portland/Vancouver and Greater Salem. Since relocating to Oregon in 2007, she has enjoyed canoeing, camping and exploring our great state with her husband and 2 children; but she remains a vigilant University of Tennessee and Peyton Manning football fan.

Mark Hollis

Mark brings more than12 years of strong marketing, advertising and client relations experience to the MSN Corporate Sponsorship position. Mark maintains a "look forward" attitude in his professional and personal life and is always ready to step up and pitch in to get the job done. Whether he's using approaches he's familiar with or tackling something new, he's able to take it from 'big picture' to actuality. Working for one of Portland's largest CCRCs, Mark is regularly challenged with keeping tomorrow's developments in technology, senior housing and client service standards in the forefront at Willamette View. A proud father of teenage daughters and more recently a son, Mark's personal life continues to match is professional opportunities in keeping abreast of what's new, cool and or otherwise over-used.

Cathy is very active in her community volunteering with local non profits and is a an advocate for seniors and their families. She was recently awarded the "A Champion for Seniors" by the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) while working in her former position as the Sales and Marketing Director for Wynwood Mt Hood.

Jane Larsen

Growing up in the printing business, Jane has loved the sound of the press and the smell of ink since childhood. She started working in her parent’s print shop at age 7. From making paper snowflakes as a child to creating logos and newsletters now, her life has been filled with designing and creating beautiful things. As a graphic designer, Jane owns and operates Jane, Ink, specializing in printed graphic design work such as print advertising, newsletters, brochures, invitations, logos and other collateral materials. Clay Foutch

Clay has been in the In-Home Care business in the Portland area since 2007. As President of Home Matters Caregiving, his greatest skill is in assembling a qualified team to carry out his companies mission. His goal is to provide exceptional 24hr care to the aging population at an affordable cost, and to do so with a medically competent team. That team is best represented by their administrator, Heidi Rowell, a Registered Nurse, and a Registered Occupational Therapist, Christina Foutch. Clay feels strongly that the best way to serve our aging population is by providing In-Home Care with the utmost respect and competence allowing our seniors to remain in their home and independent for as long as possible.

Kira not only faces daily challenges of meeting resident needs but also as a wife and mother to two children. Kira continues to "try" and balance each aspect of life with the expectation to give 110% to each and every part. Kira's drive for sucess continues to guide her through the senior housing industry and she expects to make a mark wherever she may go.

Krista Davis has worked in senior housing in the Portland area since 1996. She has experience in community relations for retirement, assisted living, and Alzheimer's care communities. Her passion is to provide quality care with compassion & integrity to seniors & to their families. As a founding board member of MSN, her dedication to providing excellence in Marketing runs parallel to her passion for quality care. Krista enjoys spending time with family and friends, board games, traveling, wine & beer tasting, and watching hockey & Oregon State University football.

Garvin Reiter

Garvin is an elder law attorney with the Law Offices of Nay & Friedenberg, where he specializes in estate planning, with an emphasis on planning for seniors and persons with disabilities, and in guardianship, conservatorship and probate law. He previously worked as an attorney for Legal Aid Services of Oregon, where his practice focused on representing victims of elder abuse, advocating for the rights of seniors who reside in care facilities and assisting seniors with consumer problems. He is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Oregon State Bar, and presently serves on the boards of Parkinson's Resources of Oregon and Metropolitan Senior Network.
Committee member are a vital pert of the MSN leadership. The volunteers may serve on a specific commitee, or may choose to volunteer for a specific event or special project. Though the committee members do not have voting rights in board meetings, their contribution and feedback is crucial to the sucess of MSN.
The MSN advisors play an important role of insuring the mission and focus of the organization, does not waiver far from our roots. The current advisors have previously served as founding board members. Though the advisors do not have voting rights in a board meeting, their insight and guidance in extremely valued.
