While SeaStar Senior Services is new to Portland, its owner, Niki Tucker, is not. Niki has over 15 years of experience managing a home care and care management company in Portland prior to starting SeaStar. Our company currently provides companion care (outings with company vehicles) and care management. All our companions have thorough background checks, including drug tests, initial and ongoing training and our care managers all have Master’s degrees in Social Work, to ensure we meet our priority goal – client safety and well-being.
